Elevating working-class and disabled voices through bold, untold stories.
Meet David
David Proud is an actor, writer, director, and passionate advocate for inclusion in the arts. As a disabled artist from a working-class background, his work is driven by a belief that storytelling should reflect the full spectrum of human experience. Growing up in a small country village, David saw first-hand how voices like his were often left out of the mainstream. Through Frank and Josie, he is building a platform to change that—creating space for under-represented talent to be seen, heard, and celebrated.

Mission
Championing authentic storytelling by elevating working-class and disabled voices in film and television.
Voice Equity
We build platforms for working-class and disabled creators—those whose stories have long been underrepresented in film and television.
Authentic Production
From concept to screen, we’re committed to truthful, unapologetic storytelling—where lived experience leads the way.
Community Legacy
Our name honours the roots we come from. Frank and Josie were more than family—they were the foundation for everything we stand for.
Story as Catalyst
We believe storytelling changes culture. By shifting who gets heard, we shift what’s possible—for audiences and for the industry.

Why this matters?
We work with artists, communities, and organisations who believe in the power of storytelling to drive change. This isn’t about credits—it’s about connection, representation, and real-world impact.
